Throughout my studies in Mass Communication, KDU College Penang had provided me valuable training and exposure that I needed before I stepped into the wild and crazy world of advertising. I was able to make productive contributions at work and participate in the creative brainstorming process right from the very beginning. 

I chose this programme because I have a deep interest in computers, especially in web designing. Besides, I am keen to learn about photography as the result of influence from my father who is an avid photographer. It is interesting to now how people look at Art and react to it. Nowadays, people begin to pay attention to creativity. Without creativity, the world will be a boring place to live in. 

I have always wanted to become a creative graphic designer, somebody who is different from the rest. I have learned so much in this programme and I am sure I will succeed in realizing my dreams. 

I didn’t expect A-Level to be so much fun at KDU College. Lessons were interactive and the lecturers were very engaging as they would constantly develop different teaching approaches and apply them to keep the classes interesting. I really like the contemporary facilities at the college especially the well-equipped library where I can find almost all the latest reference books for assignments and examinations. 

As my knowledge in electrical and electronics was limited, I had to go the extra mile to keep up with the lessons. Fortunately, the dedicated lecturers were friendly and always keen to help. I was granted the KDU Merit Scholarship and the KDU Bursary Scholarship based on my excellent academic performance. After obtaining my degree I was accepted by Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) to continue my Master Degree studies. I truly appreciate the support, invaluable advice and opportunities given by the lecturers which had helped me achieve my academic goals. I’m glad I’ve chosen KDU to begin my journey.
