Position Title : Customer Service Engineer 
Job Description : - Provide field operations support to customers in accordance to with the terms of the customer contract & Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Carry out troubleshooting, repairs & servicing of printing machines, enabler hardware & software at Customers premises to the highest standards
- Write accurate professional reports on technical issues & interfacing with all involved functions
- Report & escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points
- Adhere to installation guidelines & industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations
- Responsible in setting up new machines & conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation at Customers premises
- Conduct technical training to team members & customers when required
- Commit & discharge duties in compliance with the ISO9001 & ISO14001 requirements & standards

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor 
Requirements : - Bachelors Degree in Engineering, preferably Electro-Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or Physics
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal & organization skills
- Ability to understand mechanical drawings
- Fluent verbal & written communications skills in English language & the local languages
