Position Title : Customer Service Representative 
Job Description : - To attend customers enquiries through all communication channels (face-to-face and on the phone)
- Able to correspond professionally and diplomatically to customers
- Take accountability of follow-through and any action required to ensure that customers cases are resolved to ensure customers are delighted and satisfied
- In charge of collections of goods, when necessary
- Location: Penang, Malaysia 
Requirements : - Diploma or Degree in any field, but preferably in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ie. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
