Position Title : Associate Engineer 
Job Description : - Performs routine job & preventive maintenances. Repairs major sporadic equipment faults. Failure prevention activities & optimization of equipment performance & reliability to original level. Emphasis on preventive & continuous incremental equipment improvement activities
- Able to perform all AE 1 duties
- Performs Preventive Maintenance (PM), FA analysis & prevention of recurrence of machine downtime which include upgrade of piece parts & modules/tooling designs
- Management of spare parts
- Repair major equipment faults & verify functionality of modules
- Set-up replicates equipment
- Optimizes equipment reliability & performance to original levels
- Enhancement of PM procedures
- Ensure & build in safety ergonomics factor into existing equipments 
Requirements : - Part 1 Engineering Council/Btec HND
- Diploma from Government Polytechnics or equivalent
- Intimate knowledge of all aspects of machine from mechanical, software & electronics
- TPM knowledge or equivalent
- Basic SQC / SPC
- Knowledge in design tools
- Knowledge in Electronics / Mechanical / Software
