Position Title : Sales Support Analyst 
Job Description : - Respond to requests for administration and technical assistance via trouble ticket in IT remedy tool
- Diagnose/troubleshoot & resolve user issues by using available information/resources
- Coordinate & redirect problems to appropriate resource for resolution, track & follow up till issue closed
- Prepare daily issue reports & documents the solution as per ticket managed
- Stay current with system information, changes & updates
- To adhere to the security, compliance policies & governance processes
- Identify & escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adaptable to change
- Ensure positive relationships are built & maintained with all parties ensuring recommendations are made & cascaded to the relevant team
- Ensure that written responses are accurate, professional, clear, concise & with proper close loop
- Facilitate prompt resolution of problems/assistance sought as per SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- An eye for Quality & suggest improvement over the current practices
- Should always be willing to find answers to all questions addressed to them
- Compulsory attendance to all trainings requiring for helpdesk support function
- Accountability for issue solved
 
Requirements : - Diploma or Degree in a technical field
- English and Mandarin speaking and writing capability
- Good interpersonal, relationship building, problem solving & customer service skills
- Good analytical skills to review understand & interpret documentation
- Good knowledge about the fundamentals software usage; like Networking, Microsoft operating system & Microsoft Office
- The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst maintaining the quality
- Ability to prioritize & deliver service to agreed service levels, within a diverse & constantly changing technical environment
- Japanese speaking & writing will be advantage
- Related experience & training will be advantage
- Enthusiasm for new technologies & change
